Return & Exchange Policy
At Citygrl Professional, we are committed to providing high-quality hair and beauty products that you can trust and love. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to mascara, dry shampoo, makeup, eyeshadow, or other cosmetic items.
Because these products come into close contact with the skin, eyes, and hair, we are unable to restock or resell any item once it has left our possession. This policy helps prevent potential contamination and ensures that every customer receives products that are safe, unused, and un-compromised.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of purchase at citygrlhaircare@gmail.com. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement when appropriate. The product must be returned unopened.
