CANCELLATION POLICY
I’m so grateful you choose CityGrl Haircare and trust me with your hair. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you, so I kindly ask that you respect the policies below to help me serve everyone the best I can.
Appointment Cancellations
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me the chance to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice - a fee of up to 50% of your scheduled service may be applied.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 - 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule to stay on time for the rest of my clients.
Deposits
All services require a deposit at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your final service total.
